What is a night guard?
A night guard is a type of mouth guard that you wear only at night while you sleep. Dr. Brandon Schvaneveldt, our friendly dentist, may recommend a night guard if you suffer from bruxism. Night guards can effectively protect your teeth from the effects of bruxism and improve the health of your smile.
